I recently found this set of 2 wooden floating bathroom shelves on Amazon for only $25 and it really helped to create a more useful space where once just hung a simple picture frame.

Bathroom Storage Containers
On the lower shelf I purchased these affordable acrylic (plastic but looks like glass) set of 3 storage containers from Amazon for only $16. The three containers are connected (not 3 separate jars) which at first wasn’t ideal but once up I appreciated how it helped to maintain the jars in perfect order on the shelf. I filled one jar with q-tips, one with cotton balls, and the last one with cotton rounds which is useful for taking off makeup and nail polish.

Set of 3 Bath Towels
Then rolled up my set of 3 face cloths purchased at Target adjacent to the jars and now they are easily interchangeable when I need a new one.

Motivational Wall Art Decor
Although the top shelf could be utilized for more storage I strongly suggest an inspirational frame (even a smaller one if necessary). It’s great to read something positive an inspiring with each visit to the bathroom to keep you moving toward your goals each day.

Artificial Eucalyptus Plant
For the top shelf I added an inspirational frame gifted by a family friend alongside a plant purchased at Target. The plant is not real of course, I haven’t developed a green thumb just yet but definitely on my bucket list.

Small Black Wired Storage Basket
Lastly, directly on top of the toilet tank I added a small black wired basket to house an extra toilet paper roll. Trust me, its proven to be handy with a family of four.
